There is a link at the top of every manual page that will take you back to the table of contents and links at the bottom of every page to the preceding and following pages.

Videos Within the Manual
Videos are placed within the manual like this Video Example. Clicking on the link will open a light box on the page.
You can view the video full screen if you want.
When you are finished viewing the video click on the X in the top right hand corner of the lightbox to close it and you will be on the same page and same paragraph as before viewing the video.

The listings in "Video Illustration for Manual" are categories. When you click on a category heading you will be directed to a page that shows all videos of the similar heading.
From an individual page you can get to the manual section that corresponds to the video.
